Cheryl will:

• work with you as a champion, advisor, guide, teacher and coach over a 6 month period, with the option of extending the contract
• meet with you in person or via zoom conference or phone 12 times over a 6 month period for 1 hour
• teach you practices and skills that will have you achieve your outcomes
• give you action items that will achieve your outcomes
• hold you accountable
• be available to you by voxer, text or by email to advise and provide coaching in between sessions
